Often couples decide that they would like to commit to a marriage, but want to celebrate this wherever and however they choose.  In the UK, couples still need to have the legal paperwork of their marriage, which can take place at a registry office in a matter of minutes. Once you have your paperwork, then the world is your oyster!

As a Celebrant I will spend some time getting to know you both, discussing your wishes and ideas and then writing a bespoke ceremony just for you.  This can include your vows/promises, unifying rituals, music, poetry, any religious/spiritual elements - the choices and ideas are endless!

This beautiful and personal ceremony can take place anywhere that is special to you both. The rules and regulations of a licensed venue or fixed structure, do not apply. For example some of my couples have chosen to have a ‘Festival’ ceremony in a field with or without a marquee.  Private Gardens and Woods are also popular.  One couple loved flying, so they chose a private airfield to hold their ceremony!

What matters most is that you have the ceremony and experience that you’ve always wanted and a day that will make you smile for years to come.
